If you visit a site and notice any incidents or faults, you can report them immediately to your superiors through the incidents page.

These reports include all relevant details, such as the employee code of the person reporting the incident, type of incident, date and time of incident, contact person if relevant, live photos and all comments.

Emails can be set up to ensure that the right people are notified of the incident and all the details as they are reported.
Companies will be notified of any incidents and have access to view any progress reports.

Companies can keep track of each incident and its progress through the website.

Companies can update the incident details with new information, such as the time, date, employee involved and any progress that is being made on this incident.

Once an incident is considered closed, a final submission is created.

All reports on all incidents and their progress as well as all previous incidents are available through the website.
Companies now have better control over reporting any faults or incidents, making sure that all relevant information is recorded and live photos are taken.

At any time additional information can be added to these reports before their final submission.
