When arriving onsite you can see a list of all your company's assets assigned to that site on the Assets page.
These assets may have QR codes/barcodes generated by Ontouch attached ready to scan for efficient allocation.

You can do an asset check to ensure all assets are accounted for and an option to change the status of an asset, for example, if an asset has been damaged.
You can scan and add assets to this list, including a photo, the asset's status and other relevant information.

Assets can have alerts linked to them with a date. These alerts help keep you informed of any asset priorities like a service date, annual repairs needed, refill checks, general maintenance etc..
A notification will also be sent to the employee responsible to complete this alert task. Admin will be notified if an asset is reaching their end of warranty date.
Documents can be downloaded for each asset for easy access and storage, so you can store information like warranties, invoices, service reports etc..
Assets can be catagorised and seperated by descriptions for better organisation and reporting.
