If your company has assigned a patrol for you, this module will become available once you have clocked onsite.

When you are ready to start your patrol, simply click on the 'Begin' button.

Patrols are a convenient way to ensure that you physically visit a specific site area and scan either a QR code, barcode or NFC tag at a designated point set by your company.

Once scanned you may be asked to do a basic task, answer a questionnaire or just continue to your next point.

It is possible that the patrol points may only be available for completion at specific times, which is determined by your company.

Additionally, multiple users can participate in a single patrol.
As each point on the patrol is completed, it will be marked as done on the individual devices of all the other team members so everyone can monitor the teams progress.

Teams can now work on their individual patriol points but work together as a team to complete a patrol.

All your completed patrol information will be avaliable to see on your dashboard for that day or all previous patrols on your reports page.

Companies can create patrol schedules to be completed at specific times of the day, days of the week, or months.

You can set up multiple patrols at a time and determine the access levels of employees who can complete them.

This allows for greater control over who is responsible for completing scheduled patrols, while also ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Live reporting of completed patrols can be monitored as well as any history of completed patrols.

You can now view and analyse all patrol information with times, duration, any concerns, specific site area activities etc.
