From your profile page, you can manage and have access to the following features:

Upload or take a profile picture that will be your identifying image throughout the Ontouch system, you can edit this at any time.

Access to your personalised profile QR code, which is used at certain points throughout the app on various modules, you will be asked to display this so it can be scanned for verification.

View your basic information, ensuring your company has the correct information.

You can update your password you use to access the app.

If you know new information has been loaded to the system but are unable to view this, you can do a quick refresh and sync with the website.

All your personalised work admin is available from your profile, pdf's like your work contract. You can load 3 pdf's for handy referrals.

Forms are available for submission for sickness, family emergency or holiday leave.

You can sign out.
The option to remove all your information from our system is available. Previous reports of your activities will still be available for your company but all your personal information will be permanetly deleted.

User management on our website

Companies can view all their employee profiles and add additional needed information.
Easy access to employee contracts or any other important PDFs.

Be notified by your employee if any changes to their profile are needed.

You can approve or decline leave forms that are submitted.

All users have the right to have their identifying information deleted from the system, please note this will not affect your reports.
