Surveys can be created and then completed by your clients, giving you a better understanding of your service




Surveys can be created for your clients as well as your employees for employee surveys.
These surveys can be completed via the app for your employees or by your client via the client portal.
You also have the option to complete a survey with your client via the ontouch website.

A number of questions may be created with a rating given to each question answered. An overall rating per survey is also calculated.
Respondants have the option to answer a survey anonymously, their identity and company will be hidden.
